Classical Dimensions - a benefit concert for PCM
Derek and Glenn present a concert to benefit the Portland Conservatory of Music, featuring works by Sergei Rachmaninoff, Georges Enescu, and York Bowen.

Derek Herzer will perform Rachmaninoff’s incredibly dramatic and virtuosic 2nd Sonata (1913 original version) in B-flat minor and Enescu’s 3rd sonata in D major. He will be joined by Clarinetist Glenn Williams to play the delightfully intriguing Sonata for Clarinet and Piano in F minor by York Bowen.
As a benefit concert where Derek has generously offered to donate all proceeds to the Portland Conservatory of Music, we will have an option at the performance for those wanting to make an additional donation.
RUN TIME: 60 mins, no intermission
ADULT and CHILD & STUDENT prices are available online for this event.
Per ticket service fee varies from $2 – $5.50 depending on ticket price.

This newly renovated space at 28 Neal St in Portland’s idyllic West End features a stage constructed out of the pews originally housed in the former church’s space at PCM. The performance space now seats approximately 150.
