Who we are &
What we do

Founded in 1997, PortTIX is a locally owned box office based in Portland, Maine. We’re here to answer your questions and help you plan your special night out.

PortTIX is owned by Portland Ovations and Portland Symphony Orchestra, and is the official ticket seller for Merrill Auditorium.

PortTIX also partners with several local non-profit organizations to sell tickets for various events and venues throughout Greater Portland. Find out more about our partners.

Our Team

We have a fantastic team of ticket sellers, leads, and managers who work hard to answer customer phone calls, set up and manage our many events, and provide support to our partners. We are a fun loving group who likes to get out and explore our wonderful city!
