PCMF is thrilled to present the East Coast debut of Elanei, a genre-defying chamber music supergroup inspired by the roots and cultural heritage of its members. Born from a sold-out collaboration at Carnegie Hall, Elanei (from the Greek word for light) is made up of violinist Nick Kendall of the two-time Grammy winning trio Time for Three, Catalan singer/songwriter/guitarist Lau Noah, and the Cuban-born composer and pianist Ahmed Alom. This brand new “classical alternative” band delivers exceptional, unconventional performing artistry with broad appeal to everyone from traditional classical music lovers to Latin jazz and experimental songwriting fans.
