Maggie has her life completely together; swanky job, a new city to explore, and a gorgeous long-distance tech-boyfriend. The only problem? She is horrible at making new friends. HTMFIY2 explores friendship in the age of app swiping, ghosting, and the dwindling of third spaces. But when Maggie meets Jeffrey, a charity founder, with over 60 years of friend-making experience her luck begins to change. Now she must confront the ultimate soul-searching question… “Am I actually the problem?” With bursts of improvisation and an eccentric lineup of Boston-based characters, this play will challenge anyone to look for friendship in the least expected.
