PCM is wheelchair accessible to the first floor via the side entrance from the parking lot, providing access to the Performance Hall and a handicap accessible restroom. All of the seats in the Performance Hall are ADA accessible.

Accessible seating for patrons with disabilities may be purchased in person at the PortTIX box office, by calling PortTIX at (207) 842-0800, or on our website. In person and telephone sales are available during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 11am–3pm). Please inform your ticket agent of your needs at the time of purchase. All of our ticket agents are very familiar with the hall and can assist in finding the best seating.

To purchase wheelchair accessible tickets online, simply select the “Wheelchair Accessible” zone option when purchasing tickets, and indicate the number of patrons attending in wheelchair using the “Patron in wheelchair” ticket type.

All seats at PCM are wheelchair accessible, but we do ask that you let us know in advance so that we can be prepared to assist as needed.

For most performances, seating begins thirty minutes before the scheduled performance time. The lobby and box office will open sixty minutes before the performance time.

We ask that no outside food or drink other than water is brought into the performance hall.

Use of photography is permitted and encouraged.

We ask that you silence all phones and electronic devices before the performance.

No weapons of any kind are allowed into the building.

There is a handicap accessible restroom located on the main floor adjacent to the performance hall.

There are accessible parking spaces in the PCM parking lot behind the building. The accessible entrance is on the side of the building, accessed from the parking lot.
