YES&Co. Is a long-form improv comedy group that invites local people of interest to tell true stories at our shows. Our improvisers make up the rest. The current cast members are Geep Amara, Tara McDonough, Jen Whitley, Adrien Boudreau, Brendan Lorello, Mike Mayo and Sam Kuykendall.

This month YES&Co. will be joined by guest speaker, SallyAnn Gray. SallyAnn is a writer, podcaster, and feminist who walked away from Corporate America—twice—to help small businesses and nonprofits tell their stories online. She’s currently writing her first book, a memoir about surviving a mental health crisis while managing work, parenting, and marriage, and her journey to healing by confronting trauma, breaking toxic cycles, and embracing authenticity. As the host of Chin Hairs & F-bombs, she and her girlfriends have unfiltered conversations about friendship, mental health, aging, parenting, and other things that keep women up at night. Originally from the Midwest, these days you will likely find her somewhere in Portland treasure-hunting in thrift stores, returning her overdue library books, power-walking in her neighborhood, or laughing too loudly at a comedy show with friends. Her musical laugh is contagious, her birthday is a national holiday (to her), and butter is her love language.
