Neil
Pearlman

This event has passed.

Pearlman is a vital and distinctive voice in contemporary traditional music. Described as “a tremendous pianist” on BBC Radio Scotland and “a force to be reckoned with” by WGBH’s Brian O’Donovan, Neil is best known for his groundbreaking approach to the piano in Celtic music.

Internationally acclaimed pianist Neil Pearlman brings his solo show to PCM. Pearlman will perform music off his 2023 release “Refractions” which was featured on BBC Radio Scotland. The album is a collection of Scottish Gaelic melodies interpreted and arranged for the piano with a heavy dose of improvisation. Come experience what the legendary Gaelic singer Mary Ann Kennedy described as “one of the finest traditional pianists I have ever had the pleasure of hearing.”
