PSO Subscribers enjoy a reduced per concert ticket price, guaranteed seating, exchange privileges, and a discount on additional tickets to subscription concerts.

Can I purchase specific seats for my subscription?
To pick out specific seats for a full Subscription, please order over the phone at (207) 842-0800 or in person at our box office, between 11am – 3pm Monday through Friday. Our friendly ticket sellers will be happy to help you select the best seat for you.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer “select-your-own-seat” for online Subscription sales at this time, but it is something we hope to roll out down the road! For current online orders, you can select your price level and either “Upstairs” or “Downstairs” and you will be assigned the best available seat in that area and price level.
How do I access my Subscriber Add-on Discount?
To purchase additional Classical and Pops concerts with the Subscriber Add-on discount, please LOG IN to your PortTIX.com account first, and then proceed to the concert you would like to purchase. You will now see the Subscriber Add-on option when selecting your seat.
Can I purchase an accessible seat with a Subscription?
To purchase an accessible seat for a full Subscription, please order over the phone at (207) 842-0800 or in person at our box office, between 11am – 3pm Monday through Friday. Our friendly ticket sellers will be happy to help you select the best seat for you.
Can I include Magic of Christmas in my Subscription?
Magic of Christmas is a special event and not included in any PSO Subscription. You can purchase individual tickets to Magic of Christmas at the same time as your Subscription but there is no additional discount for Subscribers.
When will I receive my tickets?
If you selected Standard Mail Delivery during the renewal period, Subscription tickets will be mailed in May before the add-on and exchange period. Subsequent orders will be mailed within one week of purchase.
If you selected Mobile Ticket Delivery, tickets will be sent to your email 14 days prior to each concert.
What if I don't like my Subscription seat?
During the renewal period, returning Subscribers get the first chance at selecting a new seat for the following season – we recommend renewing early for the best seat options!
As a Subscriber, you are also allowed free exchanges for Classical and Pops concert, so we would be happy to exchange your tickets for the current season for different seats. Please note that you will still need to request the seat change during the renewal period to update the Subscription seats.
